The NOLA Music Awards is a prestigious award showcase giving appreciation, recognition and honor to our national and local artists who have exemplified the essential aspects of Jazz and Urban Culture. The NOLA Music Awards will be a four day event filled with jam sessions, seminars, live-art installations and cyphers, culminating in the end event, the awards show.
I am a New Orleans native-based photographer; but I also work out of Houston, New York, and DC. I am obsessed with portraits. It is all about the process of creating the portrait, and the story behind the portrait.

The Ellis Marsalis Center for Music, the centerpiece of Musicians’ Village, is a 17,000 square foot facility that serves as a performance, education and community venue.
